Survivor 50 through Episode 3
TL;DR: Three episodes in, the Cila core of Ozzy, Emily, and Christian have a perfect voting record and are climbing fast. Cirie sits at the top of the rankings but has not attended tribal since the swap. A tribe swap scattered Cila's challenge threats across all three tribes, and the new Vatu is the weakest challenge tribe on paper by a wide margin, with Ozzy carrying the BEAST load alone. Coach and Kalo keep winning.

Episode 3: What Happened
A fan-voted tribe swap reshuffled the game into three new tribes. New Vatu (Christian, Emily, Ozzy, Mike, Stephenie, Q, Angelina) lost immunity and went to tribal. Q, who had lost his vote on a journey, was voted out 5-1. Stephenie was the only player to vote wrong (she voted Angelina). Emily was the key swing vote.

Three episodes, four boots (Jenna voted out, Kyle medevac, Savannah voted out, Q voted out), and only 9 of the 20 remaining players have attended tribal.

The story so far
Ozzy, Emily, and Christian have played the first three episodes perfectly. All three have attended every tribal council this season and voted correctly every time. Ozzy has gained the most overall (+35.8) because his D-tier starting point amplifies every win. Christian has climbed from B-tier to A-tier. Emily's 100% vote accuracy across three tribals is the cleanest strategic record in the cast so far, and she was reportedly the swing vote at the Q boot.
Cirie is still #1, but the swap bought her time. She climbed to 1695 through two Cila tribals pre-swap, then landed on new Cila, which won immunity. She has 2 tribals of data and a perfect record, but has not been tested in the post-swap dynamics yet. The question is whether the game will eventually expose her to risk.
Eleven players still have zero tribal data. Coach, Dee, Charlie, Rizo, Colby, Genevieve, Kamilla, Aubry, Chrissy, Jonathan, and Tiffany have never attended tribal council through three episodes. That is more than half the remaining cast. Their ratings are frozen at their entering values from previous seasons. The model has no opinion on how they are playing this time.
Every boot so far has been near-unanimous. Jenna (7-1), Savannah (6-1), Q (5-1, with a lost vote). Nobody has survived being targeted. Nobody has been on the wrong side of a close vote. The correct voters are banking easy points, and the boots are taking maximum damage.

Top 3 remaining players (current SHALLOW rating): Cirie (1695, S), Coach (1618, A), Jonathan (1595, A). The caveat: Coach and Jonathan have attended zero tribal councils. Their ratings are frozen entering values from previous seasons. Cirie is the only player in the top three who has actually been tested this season.
Top 3 most improved (SHALLOW change this season): Ozzy (+35.8), Emily (+29.2), Christian (+28.2). All three have attended every tribal council and voted correctly every time. Ozzy's gains are amplified by his D-tier starting point; each correct vote is worth more when you are rated low.

The swap reshuffled the challenge landscape
Ozzy has dropped 41 BEAST points, the biggest challenge decline in the cast. He entered Season 50 at 1614 (S-tier) and has fallen to 1573 (A-tier). Six challenges, zero wins for his tribe at immunity. For a player whose entire Survivor identity is challenge dominance, the model is watching him bleed in real time. He is now the 6th-highest BEAST player in the cast, down from 4th entering.
New Vatu is the weakest challenge tribe by far. After the swap, here are the average BEAST ratings per tribe:

Vatu lost Q (their second-highest BEAST player after Ozzy) at tribal this week and now has Ozzy carrying the challenge load with a supporting cast that is almost entirely C-tier or below. Christian and Emily are excellent strategic players but both sit in the low 1470s for BEAST. If Vatu keeps losing immunity, the model says do not be surprised.
Kalo keeps winning and Coach keeps climbing (+24.2). Kalo has been on the winning side of 5 of 6 challenges. Coach has gone from 1475 to 1499, nearly back to the 1500 baseline, almost entirely from team wins. With Kalo stacked (Joe, Chrissy, Colby all A-tier or above), his team is doing the heavy lifting and his low rating means every win gives him outsized gains.
The Ozzy/Cirie contrast deepens. Three episodes in, the gap between these two allies across both models is remarkable:

Cirie is gaining in SHALLOW and gaining slightly in BEAST (her F-tier rating means even team losses cost little). Ozzy is gaining in SHALLOW (perfect vote record) but hemorrhaging in BEAST (his tribe keeps losing). They are converging from opposite directions. Ozzy's strategy is improving while his challenge value declines; Cirie's challenge ceiling is so low it can only go up. The alliance still makes sense from every angle.
